Clause attributive de juridiction
En cas de litige quelconque en relation avec ce Contrat, les Parties attribuent une compétence exclusive aux juridictions de la ville de Paris (France), pour en connaître.
La présente clause attributive de juridiction à titre exclusif doit être appliquée de la façon la plus large et la plus absolue, y compris en cas de litige portant sur la phase pré-contractuelle ou en cas de procédures urgentes ou conservatoires, nonobstant pluralité de défendeurs ou appels en garantie.
Exclusive jurisdiction
In case of any litigation arising in relation with this Contract, the Parties hereby grant an exclusive jurisdiction to the Courts of Paris (France).
This clause providing for an exclusive jurisdiction shall be given the broadest effect and shall apply in any case, including in case of litigation relating to the pre-contractual phase or in case of emergency or protective proceedings, and notwithstanding the existence of other defendants or guarantees.
